Today is our final newsletter of the year, and I’ve been reflecting on everything that’s unfolded at Considered Capital over the year and the people we’ve been lucky enough to support along the way.
So, in true end-of-year fashion, here’s our 'Considered Capital Wrapped'.
In the 12-months, we:
🎓 Ran our ninth cohort of the Alt Funding School with 40 impact-focused founders, supporting them to slow down, clarify the funding paths that actually fit their businesses, and leave with practical, values-aligned funding strategies they felt confident acting on (with one final cohort planned next year and a waitlist now open for 2026
🌍 Delivered a bespoke Alternative Funding School with OCIF (Orange Corners Innovation) training 25 fund managers and 25 entrepreneurs across 8 countries to navigate alternative finance and strengthen local funding ecosystems.
🎤 Took the conversation on the road (and overseas!) with Esme speaking and facilitating at events including Moving On: Creative Business in Post-Growth Times (Bristol), Meaningful Entrepreneurship (Copenhagen) and Creative Business Forum (Norwich), plus many more rooms and conversations throughout the year.
🏋️♀️ Delivered 37 paid trainings, workshops and coaching engagements for universities, accelerators, funds and public programmes, spanning workshops, speaker panels, consulting, coaching and partnership-led delivery.
🤑 Celebrated having supported HUNDREDS of founders to find aligned funding faster with our Live Funding Database to the tune of HALF A MILLION POUNDS secured so far!We've listened to every single piece of feedback to build something that will support purpose-focused founders and service providers all-year-round and have expanded our funding opportunities, grew our library of resources and events for Full Access members. In 2026, we're looking forward to getting more money in the pockets of purpose-led founders.
💛 Brought our community together in person. There's nothing quite like meeting with our community members. We sat around a big table to openly discuss the funding landscape, how everyone is finding access to value-aligned funding and personal insights. It reminded us that magic happens when intentional people gather in the same room.
